A TASTE OF DOBBS FERRY brings a community together to help Rivertowns Rotary fundraise for JCK Foundation.

The members of Rivertowns Rotary held a fundraising event in support of the JCK Foundation, an organization that fights everyday to honor their namesake (John Clever Kelly) who lost his life to suicide.    They bring programs and workshops to middle/high school students to help eliminate the mental health stigma and to let the student body know they're "not alone".
This fun event drew about 130 participants with all being hosted by three local restaurants; Sam's, Doubleday's and Hudson Social. Everyone had a great time visiting the restaurants for a drink and small bites, making new friends and catching up with old ones. We wound down the exciting day with the Slingshots, a local band that had us all dancing and singing along.
The overwhelming support of mental wellness, something that has touched so many of us, enables JCK to expand their program to underserved high-schools in our community that do not have the budget for mental health programs.
